Melinda Hernandez is a seasoned Registered Nurse and Certified Professional Coder with over 30 years of diverse clinical and administrative experience in healthcare. Her background spans pediatric and adult oncology, hematology, chemotherapy infusion, and medical billing and coding review.
Over the course of her career, Melinda has held key roles as a Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Nurse Navigator, guiding patients and families through complex treatment journeys while maintaining the highest standards of care. She has worked in respected hospitals and clinics across the country, including leadership positions in pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant units.
In her current role as Medical Claims Manager at Resolve Claims, Melinda combines her deep clinical expertise with her proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fair billing practices.

Nate Chapman – Project Manager
As Project Manager at Resolve Claims, Nate Chapman oversees projects from concept to completion, ensuring every initiative meets its goals, timeline, and quality standards. With a strong background in resource management, budgeting, and cross-team coordination, he serves as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
With the development of our Resolve Claims application, Nate worked closely with our programmers to create a seamless platform that is secure, robust and user friendly. And he continues to coordinate with that team ensuring updates and maintenance are completed on-time and without issues.
Nate excels in planning, communication, and risk management—keeping projects on track and teams aligned. His leadership and attention to detail ensure that every deliverable reflects the precision, integrity, and high standards that define Resolve Claims.
In his free time, Nate enjoys playing hockey, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors with his two pups.
